Study artworks serve as purposeful practice pieces, allowing me to grow my technical abilities, test out new approaches and materials, or closely examine particular aspects of my subjects. Often more spontaneous and process-driven than my polished final pieces, these works capture moments of discovery and experimentation that strengthen my
overall practice.
