No matter how far along you are in the creation of this vision, you know you want something that speaks uniquely to you.

A few things to keep in mind in regards to commissions:

  • A custom oil & mixed media painting takes 2-6 months from start to delivery. This includes time for planning with you, time to create all the beautiful layers that will ultimately produce your special artwork, time for the oil paint to dry sufficiently for varnishing, and time for the varnish to dry so that it can be shipped safely.

  • Free shipping within the US is included.

  • Current pricing for an oil & mixed media commission is $1.50 per square inch, with a $200 minimum.


    For example:
    8x10" = 80 sq" x $1.50 = $120 (below minimum), so $200 total

    11x14" = 154 sq" x $1.50 = $231 total
    16"x20" = 320 sq" x $1.50 = $480 total
    20x24" = 480 sq" x $1.50 = $720 total
    30"x40" = 1,200 sq" x $1.50 = $1,800 total
    (Many other sizes available - list is just for reference)

  • Price includes up to 2 people/pets per painting. Add $25 for each additional person/pet.

  • 50% of the total is to be paid before painting begins and is non-refundable. The remainder is to be paid upon completion and your final approval, but before shipping/delivery.

Next Steps:

If you wish to commission a piece, please fill out the following form as much as possible. This helps enable me to begin understanding the vision you have for your painting.

Once I review the information, I'll contact you to further discuss your wishes, a projected timeline, and to finalize details.

I'll provide 2-3 digital images and/or rough sketches to ensure our visions are aligning.

The contract will be signed and first 50% payment will be made.
Time for me to start painting!

During the process, I'll provide 2-3 progress photos. Any changes needing to be made should be made known ASAP! Also, please inform me if you do NOT wish to receive these progress photos (aka, if you want the outcome to be a surprise!).

Once finished, I'll send you a final photo to review. Once you approve of the final piece, the last 50% payment is to be made.

We will schedule drop off, pick up, or delivery - whatever we need to get your piece to its new home safely!
